Returns Policy

In the unlikely event of a complaint due to faulty goods or workmanship, you should inform Cleaning Products UK of the defect in writing either by email, fax or letter within 7 days of reciept of goods. If we are satisfied that there is a defect in the goods provided we shall endevour to resolve the issue within a reasonable timescale. 

Faulty goods must be returned within 14 days. Please be aware that you will be responsible for any return delivery charged, and the risk of loss or damage to the goods that you are returning. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service when returning goods. 

We can only refund delivery charges or accept the return of open items if they are faulty or where supplied in error. 

Goods that are not faulty and printed or embroided on to the customer's specification cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is defective.
